She woke up and said it felt so comforting. That is what ninety minutes with me feels like. Not a session. Not coaching. Not another place to perform being better. A laying down of something heavy that you have been carrying so long you forgot it was optional.

You are not unspiritual. You are not doing it wrong. You are exhausted from trying to fix yourself and ready, finally, to just be met.
Here is what I know: the wound did not make you broken. It made you into someone with a very specific shape of suffering and a very specific shape of medicine. Those are the same shape. Your mandala shows you where they live in your body, what they are called, and how the crossing from one to the other actually works.
It is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is a witnessed, embodied, sometimes hilarious, occasionally weep-inducing crossing from the shadow into the medicine. Ninety minutes. A personal reading. Yours to keep.

I have crawled through the hell realms, made catastrophic decisions with beautiful men, tried to destroy myself in at least four distinct and creative ways, cleansed in the Ganga, ugly-cried in the arms of an older woman who finally held it all without looking away, and built a methodology from the wreckage. No storm can ever uproot me now. Let me show you how I got here.
For years I believed there was a destination. If I did the right yoga, the right pranayama, ate the perfect diet, did the HRT, did the ayahuasca, bathed in the Ganga, prayed hard and was a good enough person, I would eventually earn a smooth, easy, luminous life. Twenty years in: I have not arrived at effortless perfection. Not even close. What I have cultivated, through the wreckage and the ceremony and the very long way round, is peace regardless of circumstance. It turns out that is the whole thing and also completely different from what I thought I was working toward.
I have tried to destroy myself. Through food, through bulimia, through alcohol, through drugs, and through a truly spectacular chapter of catastrophic choices with unavailable men. My body revolted with horrific chronic digestive illness that took years and most of my previous life with it. It is now in remission. This body has lost 120 pounds. It has loose skin, a fupa, bat wings, and the particular beauty of a woman who has been through something real and is still here — still with permission for desire to live in her, still deliciously alive in her own skin, still sinking her feet into mud after rain, still brought to a full stop by a hummingbird or an epic sunset or the way light moves through a window in the late afternoon.
I love this body for continuously forgiving me. For giving me, after everything I put it through, the extraordinary gift of being able to drink in how exquisite this life actually is.
The childhood sexual abuse. The eating disorder from before I was a teenager into my thirties. Alcohol from fourteen to twenty-four. Depression. Chronic illness. Financial collapse. And the men — god, the men — the ones I chose when I was The Ghost and The Still Lake and The Peacekeeper all at once, picking unavailability like it was a love language, which it was, the only one I knew at the time. I have done that particular crossing now. I did not cross any of it gracefully. I crawled some of it. I made spectacularly bad decisions in beautiful places and called it healing. Sometimes it was.
I am still messy. Still occasionally feral. Still said the wrong thing at dinner last week. Still surprised by how much I feel, how much I want, how alive my body is when I stop managing it and just let it move. I am not a finished woman. I am a woman who has learned how to come home to herself. That is a completely different thing, and it is the only thing I am actually qualified to teach.
I hold over 1,000 hours of training in classical Hatha yoga, Yoga Nidra, Psychedelic Integration, tantra, somatic healing, polarity, plant medicine, ceremony, silence, and two trips to India that rearranged my interior life. I built a business from nothing, 100% word of mouth, eleven years, 100% retention. I walked away from financial security because this pulled louder. My authority is not my certifications. It is this life, every unglamorous magnificent inch of it.

"What do you know to be true about yourself that you have never let yourself say without softening it first?"
Ether lives at the throat. The wound entry woman has silenced herself so long the thread back to her own voice has grown thin. When Ether crosses, she stops translating herself for other people and finally says the true thing. The medicine entry woman has found her voice but sometimes still waits for exactly the right moment. And certainty, she is beginning to understand, is sometimes just another word for safety.
"Where has your fire been going — and what has it been building?"
Fire lives in the solar plexus and the diaphragm. The wound entry woman has folded all that heat inward, burning herself with her own unlived potential. The medicine entry woman has learned to direct the flame but may still reach for the next rising before she has rested in this one. The identity built around resilience can become its own kind of armour. What she has suffered was always becoming gold. The question is whether she will let herself receive credit for what she has already built.
"Are you rooted in yourself first, or are you still holding everyone else up?"
Earth lives in the bones, the feet, the pelvic floor. The wound entry woman became everyone else's ground because she learned the ground could disappear. The medicine entry woman has found her own ground, but there are moments when the old reflex surfaces. She gives more than she has. She calls it love. From the inside she knows the difference. Her medicine: the stability that radiates without effort. Rooms settle when she enters.
"Where does your aliveness live and are you actually letting it move?"
Water is the womb space. The seat of creativity, sensuality, and emotional truth, all three inseparable. The wound entry woman has contained the ocean. Her creativity and erotic aliveness have gone quiet together. The medicine entry woman moves in cycles now, but can still use her depth as privacy, going deep for others while keeping her own deepest waters quietly to herself. Her medicine: emotional sonar and the permission to feel fully that she gives everyone around her.
"Can you let yourself be loved without immediately turning the attention back outward?"
Air lives in the heart, the chest, the arms, the hands. The wound entry woman made herself so accommodating she forgot what it felt like to just be loved. The medicine entry woman loves without an agenda now, but in moments of relational stress the old smoothing reflex surfaces. Subtle. It looks like graciousness. From the inside she knows the difference. Her medicine: love without condition, in her presence people feel what it is like to be accepted without earning it.
"Is your upper thread alive while the lower thread, the body, the ordinary ground, is quietly avoided?"
The Sacred Axis runs vertically through her. The lower thread is her relationship with her own body and the physical ground. The upper is her felt sense of being held by something larger than herself. For wound entry women, both threads often need tending. For medicine entry women, the upper thread is often well established. It is the lower thread, the body, the ordinary Tuesday, where the last subtle contraction lives. Spiritual knowing is not the same as being fully landed.
For some women the upper thread is not a relationship with something outside herself. It is a direct recognition of what she has always been underneath the story. The Self. Permanent. Resolved. Unchanging. Not moving through difficulty but witnessing it with loving awareness. If you know what I am pointing at, that recognition is the deepest layer of what we do together.
"You give your medicine freely. Can you receive at the same depth you offer?"
The Belonging Axis names loneliness not as a mood but as a map position. The wound entry woman often gives endlessly and receives almost nothing. The medicine entry woman gives her medicine freely but may not yet have learned to receive at the same depth. This is where the loneliness in sophistication lives. She has had realisations she cannot share with most people. She is ready for that to end. Her field, when this axis is balanced, begins to draw the aligned community, work, and love she is ready for now.
"What is it costing you to keep carrying this — and are you ready to look at it directly?"
The wound that shaped her. The shadow archetype that grew to protect it. For wound entry women this is the original wound, the one that still runs the field. For medicine entry women it is subtler, the identity built around having crossed things, the helper who made service the organising principle, the woman who reaches for insight before she allows herself to feel. This shadow wears the clothing of the medicine. Which is exactly why it is harder to see alone.
"Can you claim what your suffering actually made of you, without softening it or minimising it?"
Her gift is what she was born with. Her medicine is what she forged from her suffering because of it, not despite it. For wound entry women this threshold is where she first allows herself to name what the wound created in her. For medicine entry women it is where she finally claims what she has actually built, without hedging, witnessed, without the nervous system reaching for the next crossing to prove herself.
"What do you do in every room that you have never once noticed doing?"
For wound entry women, the Unseen is the luminous quality she could not claim because the wound told her she was not allowed to. For medicine entry women it is different, and more undoing. It is the quality so essentially her that she has never had to name it. The water she swims in. Her ordinary presence before she is doing anything. Being shown it is quieter and more lasting than anything in the earlier crossings.
"Are you actually here? In this body. On this earth. In this breath. Right now."
The body is the ground of the entire field. Every crossing happens through the flesh, not only through the mind. For wound entry women, the body is often the site of the wound itself. For medicine entry women, the body is where the last layer lives. The nervous system updates through embodied, witnessed, marked experience, not through insight alone. This is why she keeps contracting back. The rite of passage installs the new identity in the flesh, not as a peak she visits but as the ground she lives on.
"What have you outgrown that you are still carrying out of loyalty to who you used to be?"
What is ready to be set down consciously, not abandoned but completed with honour. For wound entry women this is the original wound story and the armour it built. For medicine entry women it is the identity she built around crossing things, something genuinely good that has become a ceiling. She does not leave empty handed. She retrieves what was underneath: the self that does not need the achievement to justify her presence.
"When your field is coherent and clear, life reorganises around you. Are you available to that yet?"
When both axes are alive and all positions are in honest relationship, something begins to diffuse outward. Ease. The capacity to notice beauty without bracing for it to be taken. For wound entry women this is the destination, the first breath of a life not organised around survival. For medicine entry women it is the cultivation, the field strengthened, the contraction closed. A coherent field magnetises the aligned work, love, and community she is ready for now. This is not metaphor. It is what happens when a woman stops bracing against her own life and becomes fully available to it.
"What would it feel like to live from your fullest expression as your baseline, not your peak?"
The Mystic Embodied is not an elemental archetype. She is what becomes possible when the whole mandala is in right relationship. Both the bird's eye view and the woman's feet on the ground. Fully here and because fully here, finally fully known. For wound entry women she is the destination glimpsed. For medicine entry women she is the recognition, not who she is becoming but who she already is when she stops contracting. The crossing is not arrival. It is the end of leaving.
"What have you been protecting yourself from, and what is it still costing you?"
For wound entry women: she names her shadow archetype and honours the wound it grew from. She thanks it. The shadow is not shamed or discarded. It is seen, fully, perhaps for the first time. She signals readiness to cross not by rejecting who she has been but by completing it. For medicine entry women: she names the identity she is releasing, something she built that was genuinely good and has become a ceiling. Both ceremonies mark the same thing: she is no longer waiting to begin. She has begun.
"Who are you no longer? Who are you becoming? What medicine do you now carry?"
At the completion of the crossing, she declares her heroine archetype aloud. She names what she is no longer. She names who she is becoming. She names the medicine she now carries. Witnessed. Marked. Received. The nervous system does not update through insight alone. It updates through embodied, witnessed, marked experience. When she is seen in her crossing by another who has crossed, her body knows: this is real. I am no longer who I was. This is how the crossing becomes permanent.
"Is there a circumstance, a relationship, or a belief that is costing your field more than you have fully named?"
The Dampening is not the wound. The wound is the story formed early that shaped how she moves through the world. The Dampening is the present-tense situation, relationship, role, or compromise that is actively requiring her to be less than she knows herself to be in order to remain in it.
Her mandala is whole underneath it. Her elements, her archetypes, her medicine, all intact. The Dampening has been pressing on it from outside. She is not broken. She has been dampened. That is a completely different thing.
It depletes every element simultaneously. It shows up first in the nervous system, then in the body, then it robs her of her peace and steals the things she loves one by one. When the field looks deficient across multiple elements at once, the Dampening is almost always the reason.
When a woman leaves a Dampening, what follows is not gradual recovery. It is the revelation of what was always there. The field erupts. Things she has been trying to build for years begin moving in weeks. The field was never broken. It was dammed.
The mandala is not a fixed identity. It is as alive as she is. No two mandalas are the same because no two women are the same. It moves with her seasons, her crossings, her becoming. The same woman can receive a reading five years later and find a completely different map, because she is a completely different woman than she was before it.
This is not about changing who you are. It is about finally arriving as who you always were.
